actually i visited this hotel 10 yrs back, that time it was very nice and hotel name Royalty. so with that reference i again visited and stay there but its overall very bad experience. Rooms are not clean, AC not working, Goibibo clearly mentioned that guaranteed late check out upto 2 hr. and check out time is 11.00 but recepion man says our checkout time is 10.30 and they refused to late check out.
