Extremely unclean, smelly and not well managed. The staff is not interested at all. Please avoid booking it through OYO as its no more managed by them. We booked Goibibo through but hotel is OYO rooms and when we reached, we were told its not available, so me paid and stayed for a night as it was late. Please avoid booking it at any cost.very worst hotel no room boy no tawal no shop no room service AC not working

Horrible Experience at Super Townhouse Pondicherry – Wouldn't Recommend to AnyoneI recently stayed at Super Townhouse Pondicherry, and it was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
