Our advice to not to book online as there is no breakfast included. At the time of check-in, they refused to provide breakfast. As breakfast was included in our plan Itinerary. There were no complimentary water bottle included. Also in booking it was mentioned that outside food was allowed but they refused for that same too. Also when we asked for cutlery, they refused for that too by saying that they only provide it when you will take food from hotel. We even tried their food and hot beverages ...more

HOTEL PALLAZO BANI PARK IS HASSLE FREE HOTEL FOR A SOLO GUEST. EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE A FEW NEGATIVES LIKE INTERCOM NOT WORKING BUT STILL THIS NEGATIVE IS EASILY MANAGED BY THE STAFF.
