my recent stay at hotel super townhouse ulsoor was below expectations, and i wouldn't recommend it unless you're in a bind.
the room condition was disappointing — the bedsheets had visible stains, and there were no floor mats provided, which made the stay uncomfortable. the tv didn’t work at all, so it served no purpose during the stay.
the bathroom was in good condition, which was a relief, but no basic toiletries like soap or towels were provided — not even a bath towel, which should be stan ...more

Very bad experience. The staff were very impolite and rude in their behaviour. TV, AC and Geyser were also not working. Nothing was provided as complementary. No soap, No handwash, No Towels. Only a cushion was provided and after a long follow up they provided a pillow. The rooms were very dirty, and the smell was bad, rats were roaming. No staff was interested in attending to the customer issue. I have to purchase towel from outside. No complementary drinking water was provided and for one water bottle, the hotel staffs has charged INR 60.

The hotel is luxurious, with impressive architecture and beautiful decor. Our room had high-end features, a comfy king-size bed, and a spacious bathroom with premium amenities.
