Room was neet and clean and the location is also good but some basic items were not provided in the room like toilet roll, bathroom slippers etc. There was not even a single hook in the room and the bathroom for hanging the clothes. Dealing of the staff was not very friendly and professional.

i had booked rooms with complimenyary breakfast. staffs at hotel denied that no breakfast was included. they have no kitchen facility. also late check out of 2 hrs was given as complimentary with booking if it is available. they provided us 2 hrs late check out but charged 300 rupees for the same. They should take note of this troubles caused to us inspite of paying the whole money
