the room was generally okay and comfortable, but there are a few areas where the hotel needs improvement:
the washroom door couldn’t be locked from the outside, which was inconvenient.
for breakfast, they charged ₹196 but served only one plate of poha and a cup of tea — definitely not value for money.
there was no chair provided in the room, which made it difficult to sit and work or dine comfortably. at least one chair should be there for basic convenience.

Hotel is clean and decent with parking space for 3-4 cars. Rooms are clean but compact. No tea/ coffee maker in the rooms. There are a few restaurants nearby but no inhouse restaurants. Location wise it's half a km from Pune station. Overall a good hotel.

Poor service by management, i asked for denatal kit at 12 Pm, they forgot. I called them at night to remind - They said - "Abhi raat ko kaha se lalar dunga, ham log nahi dete dental kit" He was so rude and disconnected the call. I asked why didn't you tell me this when i asked at the time of check in?
I mean its fine if you dont provide, but atleast tell me.
Next day we left at 6 Am, handed over the keys and clearly told them we are NOT checking out.

SO HORRIBLE STAY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE
Receptionist behavior was very rude
We came 2 hours early n requested to allot room but they asked us for extra charges 600 rps wen v denied giving money receptionist behave rudely with us
Afterwards wen they gave us room we booked Supreme deluxe but he gave us deluxe room without informing us
wen we objected for that he waited us for 3 hours n harrased n actually they alloted Supreme deluxe room to another visitor on higher rate than us
lastly wen we talk to them strictly den they gave us the Supreme deluxe room...

The hotel is neat and clean and provide almost all amenities. But the so called king size room is very small.Also the location of the hotel is not good. It is a part of OYO Room. You won't find any good restaurant near to take food. The hotel doesn't have own restaurant. But they provide from outside.
Shivaji nagar bus stand is more than two kms from here.
