Hotel service is very poor but room was clean and comfortable. 2-3 Km from the railway station.
Staff was not cooperative.
Experience was not so good.

The hotel is very good, located nearby to the Haldia Railway station and HIT, staffs are courteous, the rooms are spacious also food is tasty and traditional dishes are really good. I enjoyed my stay here.

it is very much affordable hotel...I booked a non AC room with very much affordable price...got decent room as shown in app..no hidden charges...no on desk price burgaining. staffs are well behaved.. absolutely fantastic stay.
