I visited with my family my mother and sister recently, we had flight very next day to kolkata. but they denied stay and forced me to pay extra amount to book another room by saying 2 ladies and single gents can't be in the same room.
although they are family.
I think they are just made for couples not for family

poor and non professional service by staff. you have to ask for water, towel, extra bad. poor condition bad was provided as extra bed, saying there is no other bed available. after online payment of additional bills ( tea coffee, dinner etc.), and successful check out, i received a call from hotel saying my payment is pending. after informing them about online payment done by gpay in early morning , he confirmed same with a word of sorry.
needs too much improvement. i will not recommend anyone ...more

Unhygienic.
I checked in late yet the room was Unhygienic. Ants and other insects were there even in the bed. there was a foul smell in the room and the shower was not working properly. they didn't even give proper toiletries and washroom was also Unhygienic. Despite booking a super deluxe room and given the amount, the stay was very unsatisfactory and disappointing. Even the exterior was dirty, there was sewer water and smell all over the place. not recommended if anyone is looking to book.
