Nice Hotel With Nice Location Near Market And Railway Station... Staff Was Cooperative Check In Was Bit Late Room Was Not Ready But They Gave A Room Upgrade As Room They Provided Was Not Up To The Mark As Renovation Work Was Going On In Hotel Over All Good Hotel In This Locality Compare To Other Hotels

Avoid to stay in this hote....only breakfast is good....Buffet dinner is ok ok...only sabji, roti, rice, dal & green salad in buffet dinner ...no soup, no starter, no desert in buffet dinner & it will cost rs. 500 per person which is not worth...they will charge 40.rs for 1 bottle of mineral water which is disgusting.... amenities of washroom are not working properly.....24x7 hot water in bathroom not available....only 7-10 (am) & 7-10 (pm) hot Water available..after that, you have to remind eve ...more

Breakfast is good...rooms are neat and clean but amenities of washroom not properly working... Bookings include room with bathtub but manager denied to provide that ....he rudely said that, room already allocated to another customer....we will not provide you the room with bathtub....other staff's behavior is alright.....They charger 40 rs. for 1 bottle of mineral water. This charge will not even taken by any luxury hotel ...bakwaas management....U have to take your own water bottle....AC not wo ...more

Polite staff...rooms neat and clean.... service is good..near to karol bagh metro station...food is fresh and yum.... just its slightly expensive ..... Definitely recommended
