only home stay no marketplace no food and no arrangement of kitchen ....the night guard is of no use ....day one is good.ac didn't work for first day

We have to wait more than 2 hours for check in. Rooms are without attached bathroom.
More over we have to negotiate directly with Hotel owner for everything. Gobibo just asking us to vacate the hotel with reimbursement instead of providing solutions.

there was nobody at the reception in the night when I returned . the breakfast was also not served. because the Rescepsnist was not there. I had started asking for breakfast . at 70clock to the guard the guard also could not find the Recepnist. so i had to leave without breakfast. at 8 oclock. no hot water no soap in the toilet.
every thing was bad.

Bathroom is not attached, tea/coffee not included in the breakfast and hygiene level not up to the mark, no wifi.

Its a bungalow converted into a guest house. The location is good, right in the middle of Panaji and Miramar beach. The rooms are cozy but need maintenance. As can see in the pic it clearly . But on arrival we were told that it is not available and will have to use our own 4g, the reception of which was bad in our room and had to struggle with it.
