Need to increase the breakfast menu. Food rates must be competitive, currently they are on higher side. Should give atleast 2 lit of packaged drinking water when a couple or family stays over.

Surya hotel, nasik has been a pleasant stay for our family of three. Rooms are spacious, air conditioned, everything in perfectly working and decent condition. mattresses are clean. Daily cleaning of room is done by their housekeeping staff. front desk staff is helping too. Hotel has limited space for parking but it is sufficient it seems. Please note that, myself in my various communication I had informed you that, although the hotel booking is confirmed at Hotel Surya , Nashik, the hotel had strictly refused to check in since there were no rooms and it had been informed to you on the day of check in. 100% refund is expected in such case.

As usual very fine,just asked the group to change the water bottel system,Lil bit of pest control to be done in some rooms,rest as always one of the best hotel to stay in nashik

nice location,clean n spacious room,food quality excellent, only the problem is breakfast don't have options n varieties as they should have,staff r very help full except the madam who was on main counter as she was not ready to understand the miss communication done by there hotel staff about the charges of breakfast,anyway it was done later,I will like to stay again n again and will suggest to all with family can stay.

Hotel location and interior space is huge. staff is polite and discipline. Good service. but interior is old. curtains not washed . Toilet window glass broken.
