Disappointing Experience😡
I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude and unhelpful desk staff.
The check-in process was unnecessarily prolonged, and the staff seemed more interested in arguing among themselves than attending to our needs. Despite arriving at the scheduled check-in time, we were made to wait for over 30 minutes, with no explanation or apology. He insisted on cancelling our booking through Goibibo and asked us ...more

walking distance from Majestic Bus Stand and KSR Railway Station and Metro. the hotel is in a shopping complex. they have used about 3 floors of the complex. the staff were courteous enough to clean the room when my sister and niece came the next day, even though they were reluctant initially. I got a 2 bed room at a reasonable 3 figure rate. they even provided an additional bed (on floor) as I had booked for 3 persons. the only draw back i found was that the window curtains were not wide enough ...more
