A room and an AC in the name of amenities.
No other Amenities to speak of.
No cleaning, room smells of cigarettes from previous stay. Absolute shock to be staying in such conditions with this amount.

Best budget room with a pretty good location. No need to worry about the previous reviews. I think they've renovated a bit and everything's fine. Really good experience for the price.

Ac flow is not chilling and toilet is average. Mosquito in room so. I brought good night for caring us. They provided towel and soap. TV not in room. Blanket is average clean. Otherwise all this okkies.
