I dont suggest any one to stay here from now on..they have some issues with rooms and locks..they dont give us the room we have booked for..

I can describe in one word. worst stay.room floor was dirty, wallpaper torn, bad smell, food rates are affordable.

Bang for Buck, Spacious Rooms, Good Food, Limited Parking.Located on the main road, SVM Grand is a good place to stay if you need to be in and around the Uppal area in Hyderabad. Easily accessible by public transport, autos and taxis easily available too. If you come by your own car, you have the option of a basement parking - but be aware that there may not always be space available as it is not spacious, max 6-8 cars can fit before you need the valet to get involved. rooms are good & spacious, one star reduced, because hotel party hall DJ volume disturbance was huge and it was still midnight 1 AM. I am surprised how they allowed such things.

Very good stay & the accommodation, services and facilities were fantastic. Hotel location is an issue as it is situated in Medipally far from the main Hyderabad city. In terms of tariff it is decent.

The location was easy to find. Everything in this hotel was average including the rooms, as it was decent and the staffs were well-behaved and good too. So it was a nice experience overall.
