Location is good. Hotel room specious neet and clean. Amenities not as per the standard like mattress ;Beta sheet not clean properly Staff behaviour very roughly .I ask blankets additional becaseu they are not providing Good blanket but Not arrenge after repeated questions.No Hot water cattle.Food is ok in veg.

worst management , arrogant staff, blankets , pillow cover ,glass are not hygiene, very suffocating rooms if you choose non ac.
food delivery is too late and the staff doesn't care about it.
the interior is designed well but has bad service.
definitely not a suggested stay if you are staying for a day or more

room and hotel was pretty good. the only disappointment was, suite room was having cockroches and too much of bed bugs. in the morning observed, the red marked at many places of body blood sucked by bed bags to me and my wife. it was very much itchy and irritating. captured photo of bed bugs. cockroches and bed bugs made our stay nightmare. rest everything was good.

Hotel is good to stay. Provided additional bed with cot. Hot water is available. Need to climb 3 steps to reach reception. Lift is available inside.
For food, Woodlands at about 300 m distance is best option apart from its own restaurant in the basement. Both operate in limited timings.

the bathroom was too small, no hot water facilities. the jet spray was leaking. overall it was an uncomfortable stay.
