The rooms were cramped. The staff was indifferent. There was no drinking water provided.. the restaurant said it opens at 7:30am but wasn't open till 9 am.. extra mattress and blanket were provided but the blanket didn't have cover. Hitea was not provided.

the hotel room was extremely small and did not meet my expectations. it felt cramped and uncomfortable. additionally, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which made the stay even more unpleasant. overall, not a place i would recommend or revisit.

there is no parking ,no room service , even for tea you need to go reasturent at ground floor. reasturent and hotel both were not work together technically. ro water in open bottle given as checkin complimentary water

no complimentary high tea, no dental kit, no warming at the hotel, no information provided for complimentary breakfast. For water also every time we have called. Noise is coming from outside.
