smoking smell in my room throughout the night and in the morning. it was gushing in , i don't know where it was from. hotel allows to smoke in the rooms. and the room service laughed at it saying it's common

centrally located in kompally with access to restaurants and shops. good value for money. but hygiene can be improved. the room we stayed had moss on the roof near the glass. it should have been printed. bathroom cleanliness and fittings can be improved. breakfast was good. dinner veg was below standard bit curd rice was decent. chicken dum biryani was decent

Dear Sir, When we was staying in swagath grand, your receptionist (lady) was dealing with my self and other customers very roughly. Strictly i said we dont recommend to other about swagath grand, suchitra branch. Its very worst service.

Breakfast and meal quality is excellent.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom flush wasn't working. Only the location is good. Very bad experience.
