all good very very good service by boy named actually I forgot name but something like inder or jitendra he is having morning shift on 01/05/2025 he is very polite and respectful
but a man who have shift in night is pathetic and very rude to talk not at all respectful .

I booked the hotel for my Japanese friend and paid in advance, however they were not allowed to check in and did not reimburse our money of Rs. 2779. In fact, we sought at least three hours of leisure but were denied. Surprisingly, they accepted the guest as per record and generated a paid invoice for us. Is this how you welcome a Japanese delegate?

i dont have photos but room was clean, all appliances were working in good condition and staff was very cooperative . rooms are small.

Nice location its near the market .
It in center and and all the markets near to the hotel. Belapur railway station near by. Rooms are clean.

hotel is value for money and good one near to railway station and all staff are so good in behavior.
