positive:
1) location is very good, just 200-300m from metro station.
2) hot water available all time because of solar system.
negatives:
1) no airtel & no vi network in room and no wifi
2) room was very small,
3) ac not working,
4) not found ac remote,
5) not entertained by any housekeeping personnel,
i only carried my three bags from ground to first floor, no lift facility
6) no one have offered for any assistance.
7) no towels provided by hotel.

From my experience, it was the worst room I have been to. I will not recommend this to anyone.
when we went there no one came along with us to guide us to the room, didn't even help with luggage, leave it.
when we got inside the room, there was a suffocating smell. I started doubting whether the room was cleaned after the last usage as I found a used scrunchy with hairs on it on the bathroom door. The bathroom was so dirty. No amenities were provided- soap, towels.
Even the AC was not working.
Guys, better not to choose.
