Very good, good services, good food (reasonably priced); need to look into pest control as cockroach seen randomly roaming!
Reqd essential amenities - clean, fresh sheets, towel; soap, kettle, etc. restaurant (chargeable)

giving this review after staying twice at swan suites. highly recommended for the people looking for a great stay. staff was very polite and humble. restaurant staff service is also very nice specially the two guys working in restaurant (inderjeet and other guy). great place to stay !!!

The hotel is good for staying, and their service is also good. However, the quality of the breakfast food was not up to par. They should pay more attention to hygiene while serving the food

We booked for 3 adult guests. However room was too small for accommodating 3 guest with extra bed. Also linen was not clean as it should be. Location was good near to main road and market. Breakfast and restaurant was good serves minimal food but healthy and taste like home food

Well behaved and cooperative staff, the room was not very extraordinary or big in size but had all the necessary things in top condition, small small things taken care of at a budget that satisfied our needs. Overall, I will recommend this to anyone who's looking for a budget yet a good stay in the Gachibowli Area.
