Very poor room service and.there is no proper customer service. I need a refund of. 50% but it shows 5 rating.

Overall good experience, after check in provided us water bottle, shop and towel. Hotel is in good location and staffs are guided about me about Mysuru...veg and non veg restaurants are also near by..near to Railway station as well..most recommended hotel to stay!!
