Booked a presidential suit. First had to change room because of washroom lock issues. Shifted to second one in that AC wasn't working. mechanic came late to rectify it hours later.

Location is Good near By Railway Station walking distance. Ambience is best Looking into 3 star property. Food n Tariff is a bit overpriced.

we had booked a suite at swarn towers. they took us to the suite on the fifth floor. it looked it hadn’t been cleaned for a month. the door handle came off even before our luggage could get delivered to the room. the room we finally got was better but there were stains on the table, chairs and the bed. the electric board on the wall came out and the ac started leaking by the second day. breakfast is okay but the manager won’t even let you carry a sandwich back for kids if they’ve not eaten at the table. the place is a waste of money.

Everything is perfect from facilities to service. Good place to chill and enjoy weekends at dejavu. The reception staff was so nice and helpful. Amit and Rohit were so amazing .

The hotel was very clean and beautiful , and it has several great features. It is connected to railway station, which is very convenient to reach easily . The hotel also provides 24/7 food services and restro Bar, which we absolutely loved, as well as a discount on meal. Another big plus was the reception service, which allowed us to handle any questions or requests at any time, making our stay much more comfortable. A big thanks to Mr. Rohit for his great help and support.

it was an amazing experience. Entire team was extremely hospitable. Mr. Rohit was so helpful & supportive. Great experience. I booked an deluxe room, but as I was a single lady traveller, Mr Rohit upgraded me in Suite without any charges. Beautiful gesture and hospitality. Nice and Beautiful rooms.
