this is my worst experience . the receptionist deny us for check in the room . and there is very disturbing environment in the hostel . there the check out time is 12:30 pm. and there is a note mentioned that there is complementry check out for 3 hrs extra but . hotel reception continuesly started calling me to check out after 11:00 am . and he said that the check out time is 11:00 am .but goibigo mantioned the check out time 12:30. pm. when I come out of my room any one asked about that what is my room no. . In the end I want to say that the hotel spoiled my trip . never book this hotel

This one is the poorest hotel I have ever visited. I had booked, and my experience is very much bad. we have to wait for half an hour for water. They did not pick calls.TV is not working, no hand wash, no soap, no shampoo. The major problem I faced is that door of the hotel closed at 9 pm and not opens till 10 am. couple friendly hotel and good behavior staff overall best hotel, but bathtub is not available but hot water and normal water both available neat and clean room and wifi connectivity is very good,online food is available here

The stay is not up to the mark by the way. We're still staying till 2 more days but the hotel doesn't provide food and with that I need to order every time from outside which isn't very safe on these Covid times. I had to come here in Varanasi with my wife for medical purpose but saddened by this experience. Disappointed!
