After paying 9k for 1 day in deluxe room, AC is not working and staff say it is automatic, broken washroom door, no cleanness, towel not provided. Multiple issues in the hotel please avoid.

Dene ke bad bhi room non AC diya.fan bhi sahi se chal nahi Raha tha.aur owner ka behaviour bhi sahi nahi tha.

Please visit hotel and delete name of swastik hotel from your listNot easily reachable,no parking, very dirty bathroom,no any toiletry , aminity available, heavy mosquito available in room, no attach bathroom in classic room,no hotwarer or geaser available, kindly survey and don't book this hotel for save your company credibility

Telephone is not working. shower has leakes issue, unable to close bathroom door, drawer has bad smell and not cleaned.

it was good .room n washroom was neat n clean. cons : heater was not working. ac was also not working properly had to call the staff n it worked only for 4-5 hrs. Owner doesn't allow early check-in even though rooms r available.I don't know what was his problem.He didn't even respond to me properly when I called him abt the location.
