SwathiSri Residency, Tiruvannamalai – Not Worth the Stay (Even AC Room)I stayed in an AC room, but overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for families.Cleanliness: No room cleaning was done during the stay, and the room was full of cockroaches, which made it very uncomfortable.AC Room Issues: Despite being an AC room, the fan made a loud, irritating sound all night.High Charges: They charged which is not at all justified given the poor maintenance.Parki ...more

Very kind owner, I called him stating that I will be coming early by 10:30 am. However, after reaching SwathiSri Residency they asked me to pay more for early check-in. In few seconds they got a call from owner and he said not to charge extra and allowed us to check-in early. This place is just 200 metres away from temple and very good ambience. After owner call they treated us so good, I should have thanked him personally however I couldn't meet him. Next time I will select same place again.

Gave an ac room where ac doesn't work.. waste of money.. bathrooms are not clean. First they gave non AC room despite we book an ac room.. later after we ask them they changed to a room where ac doesn't work.

I recently stayed at swathi sri recedency and was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the moment I arrived. Cost is also at higher end(completely waste of money). The room was nothing like the pictures. No neatness the bathroom was hell, and the toiletries were half-used.
Overall, I regret booking this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Fan was too noisy to sleep. No towels or basic amenities provided. No wardrobe in the room, not clean but dusty at some places. Not a great place to stay. just manageable since it's close to Temple.

A bad smell in a room because of mold or mildew, which release foul-smelling gases. Mold can also affect your health, so try to avoid this property
