people forced me to cancel my booking so that they can take offline booking at higher rates (got this checked physically at the hotel), the rooms provided on the picture wasn't provided, the staff were rude.

Hotel rooms were clean. Food was good but a little over priced... Staff behavior needs to be much more professional and polite. That's the only negative point regarding this hotel...

Good experience. Rooms were neat and clean and spacious. staff had friendly behaviour. Food was bit overpriced though.

The hotel is mismanaged. House keeping is horrible. Even the best category deluxe room does not have basic amenities like mineral water, tea coffee. Disappointed.

The hotel location is great. Friendly staffs. But the housekeeping management is horrible. I had to literally ask for every little thing like intercom, toiletries, hangers, daily room cleaning. The managers are inefficient. But staffs are good.

1.Good location and friendly staff. 2. Housekeeping service is terribly bad. You have to ask for everything from them like hangers, toiletries, room cleaning, towel.

1 Good location,2 Friendly staff,Negative: 1 hotel pics are misleading. They do not provide tea or coffee even in deluxe range room. 2 One would expect that mineral water would be provided in a hotel of this price range. The management needs to look at these basic amenities.
