everything else is fine except that you can't afford to board a senior citizen to that stiff height anywhere. i had my mother with me so the mobility from that height is a real trouble

Hotel staff is the worst anyone can imagine. Strongly not recommendable for anyone. You can find loads of better places at same price. The most important thing is that one can never find its location on their own, try it if u can even with the help of goggle map.

our nainital stay was excellent.... we didn't face any problem reaching hotel.... hotel staff was very good & co-operative specially Mr. Madan he was very sweet.... he helped us & suggested Mr.Negi our tour guide... hame bahut achche se pura Nainital ghumaya...our tour guide covered every place.... A big thank u to Mr. Madan & Mr Negi.... we enjoyed our Nainital trip 😀 must visit place for everyone 👍👍👍

staff is very rude, not provided proper facilities and they are behave like rubbish.this hotel is on the peek and road is not there only stairs are available.we aree booked another room and they provide us not cleaned room.very very worst experience like horrible.I'll suggest please don't go there.hotel staff not received my call when I reached there.and me n my family climb that peek early in the morning they told us use our common washroom your room is not ready and that day we reached there a ...more
