Great property, still coming back to normalcy after a brief break. While rooms and restaurant are back in business, property has games and pool facilities which are being renovated. Administration is in place and activities are underway. Staff are polite and friendly. Food has good spread and incoming chefs have added confectionery items. Nice place particularly for the openness.

Very very bad experience It took them 1 hour for check in The pool is not functional since months. Haven't seen such bad layout for buffet breakfast. Phone in the room wasn't working. Hotel refused to give gst bill and asked to take it from goibibo Even goibibo didn't help about it. Overall never have had such a bad experience anywhere anytime.

Worst stay ever zero staff zero service nothing was there as shown in photos and online. Dont stay there if you want better stay. Toilets locks are not wroking no towels fan nit working no hot water.

worst stay ever . I want refund of all the money I have paid for this hotel.. made to wait 2 hours to check in as there were no staff at hotel. no room service , no towels , uncleaned floors . completely abandoned property. it is like a horror hotel. worst stay ever. when I tried to complain to Goibibo they didn't connect me to the agent. worst service from Goibibo.

Very bad . No electricity. No Generator . Very dirty rooms . Very small rooms . No staff . All phones switched off. No person at counter. We have left the hotel without check inn . They have not refunded money. Do not go there friends. Please close this hotel.
