It has basic facilities, but the cleanliness was below acceptable, I could find a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom.
Someone had smoked in the room prior, and the room smelled horrible and couldn't find easy to breathe in the room, they hadn't aired the room properly.
The breakfast was below average too, and choice for breakfast was severely limited. in short I couldn't wait to check out!

why is it mentioned as a 3 star category?? there is no basic needs in this property, it is a room with big curtain on both sides that's it..

stay was ok, room only had a single towel and no hand towel. the receptionist doesn't respect privacy and started calling on cell phone.

Very Poor customer service. Initially I had planned to go with my wife only and later we took our kid. When informed them they said it will cost an additional 800 rupees for extra bed. I was ready to pay it and requested them to put the bed immediately as we were tired. Nothing happened. I requested them multiple times on the day of check in and the next day as well. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room was not clean, the person at the reception was rude and non responsive. The phone was not working and I had to walk 2 floors every time to ask for something. even after requesting them multiple times they were not ready to fix it.
Poor Poor customer service.

This is third time we stayed in this hotel.

The hotel was just okay.
Food is okay, value for money, room size is good and spacious. But there were bed bugs which was not expected. Location is very nice and easy to locate.
