Despite clearly requesting vegetarian food, we were served non-vegetarian dishes. This was not a casual oversightâit violated our strongly held dietary and cultural beliefs. We made our preferences known in advance and during the meal, yet the request was ignored. This incident caused significant emotional distress and left us feeling disrespected and uneasy for the rest of our stay.

The moment I arrived, I felt like a little princess! The soft breeze, the colorful lights, and the big, beautiful building made my eyes go wide with wonder (Mommy says I smiled a lot, so thatâs a big thumbs-up from me!).My favorite part? The comfy bed where I could stretch my tiny arms and kick around. And oh, the staffâeveryone smiled at me, made funny faces, and said I was cute (of course I am!). Taj Devi ratn is ruined by weddings, i booked the luxory room and it was really dirty and messey...there was no cleanliness...this hotel is not for leisure and travelling...just a wedding venue ruined by guests...
We asked them to change the room, first they denied, then they took around 1:30 hour to change.
Food here, especially dinner is very poor quality, so avoid opting for the dinner, your health will be ruined...
Few guys on service telephone are extremely rude and don't know how to talk. Please choose some other hotel...
