a good budget hotel in karolbagh. breakfast was good. rooms are a little small but ok for business travellers. central ac needs proper functioning.

The hotel reception officers have no manners and customer service. They provided me with the poorest standard room as I did not book directly from the hotel. I booked for a superior room but they said they were fully booked. The room attendants were lazy and always running away from service. Only kudos to Swagat and Hari for proper service.

Very very horrible experience in this hotel for 5 nights. From day one i experience one another one problem. Misbehaviour of the staff except one or two was polite with guest others all are rude. They even don't clean the room's of 5 days booked guests just imagine how this hotel management is. After day long work i came with tiredness to room there is no peace at all. Bathroom is very very small even we can't enter shower area freely. No moisturiser no good soap pathetic shower area all broken ...more

expect staff coperation for late check out nothing is good about hotel , completely over priced hotel this sort of rooms should be available for 1000 rs , no hot water they say hot water comes but i cant feel change between cool and hot water in their taps, washroom worst , toilet flush not working , TV not working . not worth for money.

Hotel location is great as it is in between the karol bagh market , rooms are also spacious and hotel staff is very supportive also they upgraded the room. Washrooms are neat and clean , overall stay was very comfortable.
So it is totally a value for money.

Bathroom fitting ( hand shower) was broken. Toiletries were not sufficient. Service was not upto the mark.

worst experience ever , I recommend please shut down this hotel .staff are not responsive, geyser ac nothing are in working condition, no restaurant, no pantry
