Extremely Disappointed – Not the Taj Experience You’d Expect I had booked a Luxury Tent Suite at the Taj Usha Kiran, Gwalior expecting a premium, world-class experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was far from it. Right from arrival, the check-in process was poorly managed. stay experience at taj usha kiran the lows- • average, not taj-like. checkin time is 2pm, our rooms were not available until 3pm for checkin - they take a lot of time to provide services the highs - • the swimming pool and jacuzzi experience was really good. the pool size & maintenance is good • ⁠staff was helpful in providing baby food, though its slow service • ⁠location is good • ⁠got an upgraded room • ⁠food is also okay

We loved our stay! The rooms are super spacious and were super clean. Despite pandemic (limited staff), we were served quite well and there were hardly any issues. Lastly, we loved the food - even if you are not planning to stay, do visit the Hotel / Silver Saloon for scrumptious food :)

Hi i Mostly stay in Taj Usha kiran place but this time after covid we visit in Gwalior for official work and stay in usha kiran place.but the service is very bad, AC is not working properly and Service team not take seriously and water is very hot, i compiling but no result.very bad experience in this not show again.Thanks & RegardsAtul khare
