The room was wet when we checked in and the smell of cleaning chemical was coming. We checked into room 203 and the window lock was not working. on asking at the front he said he can't do anything. Also there were no towels or toiletries. We had to ask for these items and owner seems to be rude. while checking out, his system was not working and it took us extra 10 minutes. He told us to wait to confirm the payment. After making us wait, he told us to go. Only good thing was the house keeping guy, he did his best to make sure all the things are brought after being told at the front desk.

parking space is adequate, food is very good. room was not well maintained, bathroom flush leakage.

front office welcome worst. no parking facility . break fast food items good . we are fighting for get parking space . no easy approach to hotel rooms for aged persons and physically challenged persons. no handrails for support. we are not satisfied

I had a bad experience in a standard room which is not worth the money. Telephone, TV and AC did not work then raised the complaint and asked to change the room. The toilet is not good and smells a lot even after cleaning. There is no proper cleaning as well and very worst service. And there is no common water point, if we ask water they charge extra money for that. Overall very bad service and management need to improve a lot.
