this resort has entirely changed over the past 2 yrs. the staff is extremely rude. they have scorpio in their room. hospitality is Zero. as promised by Goibibo they had to give us late check-out. but they don't listen to anything. they want early payment. there is no payment at checkout. this place was our vacation but turned out to be a horrible experience.

we have booked two rooms sarang type. the quality of the room was not good. i would say it's below average. the bathroom was not all good, with broken tiles, and a slow inflow of water etc. .breakfast and dinner were good. i would say it's on the expected line. lots of dark areas and definitely lighting outside can be better. the hotel staff was good. in summary, it's not value for money.

they will sell you Sarangi rooms, which are regular hotel type rooms for the prices for Tarangi premium resort rooms and will not help you when you call them. However, the resort staff and resort is very good, Upon complain, resort staff changed our room to premium resort rooms.

I recently visited this property over all the property is green ,food is ok,staff behaviour was polite but as this resort is 4 ☆ there is no gym no games activity, they have only kids play area in a small room and the room smell very bad and there is no proper toys for kids to play, swimming pool is also not clean you can see in pool the corners of pool they are very dirty in side pool on corner wall (Kai is there).
