hotel is good and located at very Covinient place, staffs are good, food is good and economical also. superior room size is also good. need some changes they should provide coffee maker in room which is not. wiFi is also not properly working rest all good.

Hotel is situated at a very congested road , we were asked to change room as no delux room were there on our arrival which I practically didn't understood as I book 3 days before trip

1) We reached at 6 AM in Morning, guy at reception arguing for early check in, I have informed him that, we have booked the hotel only after confirmation from Hotel on phone but he is not willing to understand. 2) Wash room Window is not there, which is a big privacy issue. Rest things are OK.
