I've frequented this place numerous times and they have good room also but the last two visits have been marred by being given the worst room in the building may be after checking the discounted price or regular customer.
For example, the AC leaked in the same room, and both the bed-sheet and blanket were torn. Additionally, after three hours of my stay, the tap water stopped working.

worst hotel I've ever seen , they showed in images something else and giving the worst room in their hotel also they don't have the manners how to speak guest I don't recommend this hotel at all very bad experience

We were highly disappointed after checking in into the room no. -105 in HOTEL TASHKENT near New Delhi Railway station. The rooms ere very dusty, bathrooms were not clean, doors of bathroom was dettached from is hook, we couldn't able to close the door even. The wash basin didn't have its pipe attached to sink. No proper drainage facility was available. The images shared were fake in comparison with reality. We could spent our one night stay in this hotel with great difficulty.

My stay at Tashkent Palace was a nightmare. The staff couldn't care less about our needs; it was like talking to a brick wall. The bed in our room was broken, making sleep impossible, and the washrooms were a breeding ground for germs with a nauseating stench. They don't have Room Freshener. To top it off, we found a random guy sleeping in our hallway, which was a pathetic and unsettling experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel stay was really nice, staff is very cooperative. room was actually nice and decent to stay in, it didnt feel like cheap or anything. AC was working nice, tea was good, room was clean.
Overall I'm satified with the stay.
Comfortable and cooperative staff, and they was no security issue, felt really good.
