It was a great experience staying here...I was a little bit confused due to mixed reviews...but according to my preferences...it was suitable for me...Calm and no light pollution... perfect for staycation...
It was my solo trip and I was all comfortable at this place.
I had to be alert just from the animals...not humans...which is rare nowadays.

The views from the property is just insane. Its a 13km drive from the city center. Dont rely on public transport to reach here, cabs and auto charges are also pretty high. I would recommend if the property can arrange a a reasonable priced pick up and drop service. If u have your own vehicle, absolutely go for it. They dont have parking facilicity but provides a street parking.

The most memorable experience we had in Ooty was staying in Tea leaf. The perfect stay which we were looking for was tea leaf resort.

no parking - we had park our car on public road.,,,, no cleaning,, bad smell, bed sheet, pillo smell.... i am not recommend any family,, ( suitable for only illegal activities and drinking

It has got an amazing view and that is the USP of the property !
* 1.2 km from the nearest bus stand but since it is jungle road make sure to travel in a personal car or a hired car
* No dedicated parking , still there is space near the roadside.
* Caretaker was good but bit irresponsible , we asked her for filter water and she asked me to fill tap water inspite of them having a filter in kitchen.
Dont give a second thought if you would love to stay in literally a tea garden !
