they have not given the room which we have booked. Upon asking for it they said that one big group came so we have given it to them and on compensation The room they provided was not properly clean as well as they fixed the AC temp. in which you cannot increase or decrease it. As well as there were no other rooms on that floor except their kitchen and dinning room. Service was extremely poor. On asking for a food order they said we take one hour to bring in the food into the room so if you wish ...more

A good stay is a nice place to stay all places are nearby and walkable distance ..we booked a deluxe room it was neat and clean .. only a suggestion there is a restaurant but it is pre-booking order food. Manager mr Manikandan was helpful and supportive for us ..over all its pleasent staying hotel recommended .

everything was fine..but they have charged for extra bed.i have mentioned 2+2 kids at the time of booking but unfortunately asked me to pay extra INR.500/day for extra bed for kids

Location wise hotel is walking distance from Amman Bhagwati Temple, Sunrise point and ferry to Vivekanand Rock. However, the restaurant at the hotel was not functional, so for food, one had to rely on nearby restaurants.

the room was good. very comfortable bed, clean room and toilet. the buffet breakfast was also very good. however, i am rating them only 3, because i had an unpleasant experience while having breakfast. apparently i should have paid ₹150 for the breakfast at the reception and collected a breakfast token before having the breakfast. when i spoke to the reception asking where the restaurant was, the person guided me to the floor and did not say anything else. at the buffet counter, the person servi ...more

two day stay in hotel temple citi, had booked delux double bed of 4 occupancy. it's big n spacious. good working condition of a/c, charging points, television. toilets were clean and tidy. non stop hot water facility. very near to all the attractions just walkable distance. surrounded by very good restaurants....
