The location of the hotel is just awesome..
One side the view of Thajwas glacier, 360 degree view of the snow capped mountains.
and it is on the bank of the Sindhu River.
Food quality is good, good hygiene, good staff, overall it's an excellent stay.

We had booked 2 rooms at this hotel, the flush was not working in one of the room.We asked them several times to fixed it but they simply mentioned that they would be sending someone to have it fixed, but no one came to fix it until our checkout.
Only good thing is the location and they let us do the early check in without any extra cost.
After our checkout we had to use the washroom and they charged for that which is really unacceptable.
Hot water was also not available in one of the room and no one bothered to get that fixed.

Room - Beautiful compact wooden room and highly maintained. Perfectly suited with the scenic location. Rooms are having built in heater. But they only switch on when occupancy is high. Which is not done as we are from planes and temperature was in negative. Upon requesting they provided a small room heater which can not even heat a small area. Though it depends on the temp outside. awesome look of hotel.
child friendly and staff behaviour is very polite.
play area and riverside location.
and very very happy with stay.
