The room is big with enough space. The bathroom and toilet are not in the same place, neat and clean, that's good. The bed mattress is in poor condition and not comfortable at all. The telephone is not in working condition. Tooth paste or tooth brush not provided. You have to write down your details in a big register book, no forms available. You can't enjoy your morning tea before 7am. When I checked in and got into the room, the pillow cover was full of hairs that means they had not changed the cover, they changed it on my request. The hotel is not offering good value for its price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

location wise the hotel is in prime location of the city. but being road side room high traffic noise hindered night sleep & peace.
