So to begin with my very first experience was horrible, as soon as I drove inside the main gate of the hotel the security guard was not interested to greet, once I parked my car infront of the lobby there was no one to open the gate or park the car. I had to ask them to call a bell boy and carry my luggage and park my car. Check in was delayed. Amazing hotel, resturant is very well managed and food is delicious. Breakfast buffet has variety.... Rooms are very spacious and clean

I booked Alcor hotel for 2days, 02.06.2023 to 04.06.2023. Due to some personal issues I had canceled my stay for 03.06.2023.& there by I am to get refund of excess amount paid. For sofar I did not get refund money. please look into it & refund may be initiated early.

Excellent and very good hotel. Rooms and food quality is good. Mrs Navjeet kaur taking care of front office and reception was very friendly and cooperative . Centrally located and nice staff. Overall experience is amazing and value for the money.
