Location is good. Close to a park. Greenery around. Room was good. Extra bed came with a folding metal cot. Price is reasonable as per location. I didn't try the food there as there are many restaurants nearby. Limited parking inside hotel premises. But you can park on the roadside.

1. we had a reservation but they said no room was booked and asked us to cancel the booking from goibibo and pay them directly. 2. we could not cancel so we had to talk to the manager and finally we were given a room after paying some extra money 3. the room we were given was horrible and the bathroom was used by someone and so we asked for a new room 4. the room was dusty and the air was not working with the remote. all in all it was a horrible experience

Booked an executive room for a day and AC doesn’t work, we had to wait for 45 mins for it to work. Even after waiting it didn’t work, in the night at 11 pm, we were given another room. AC works in this but the bathroom door doesn’t get locked and two single cot beds are clubbed as one. People in the restaurant aren’t sure about whether breakfast is complimentary or not. One service person said Yes, it’s complimentary so we had food, when we checked out they said it’s not complimentary and we paid for it.

This morning we left the hotel after staying for three nights. The breakfast this morning was terrible with Alu paratha and Poha. It was a very bad experience before leaving. Yesterday we had Puri aloo which was real good. So care must be taken to give good breakfast everyday. Thank you. Satyarthi Sahu, Room 2006

no facilities in hotel. ac not working, hot water not coming, water locking, not clean bathrooms, shower damage, no food, no facilities for Romantic couples

Booked this property for guests coming in for a family function. All rooms are air conditioned. We got a big room and it was very spacious. There is sofa seating and two single beds. Room also had waterheater, and beverage making items. Staff were very courteous. The package also included breakfast and dinner. The guests informed the food was very tasty and of good quality. Wide options available but only limited to Veg. Can be booked without second thoughts.

we were looking for early check in, spoke to General Manager Mr.Raghu who immediately did the needful. The staff is very polite n helpful. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay. The Presidential Suite we stayed in was clean, neat n spacious.. we will surely recommend this hotel. Thanks again
