i am highly disappointed with this hotel. where should i start? first, the driver who dropped us at the airport charged us a parking fee, despite the hotel informing us that there would be no charges if it was less than 10 minutes. the airport staff tried to convey the same, but the driver caused a scene. additionally, one of the hotel staff members took money from us for tea, but later the hotel charged us for it on the food bill. i’m not sure who is at fault—the hotel or the staff member. whil ...more

pathetic condition. there is smell of cigarettes in the room. and there is no one who came to clean even after repeated requests. very poor service. please don't stay at this overpriced hotel.

My Honest Review..
I stayed in this hotel for 2 days.. this was value for money.. Room was clean and well Maintained... and easy to access to the main places like temple and Dashaswamedh Ghat....

This is really a overpriced hotel. According to price the room was extremely small. The bathroom was so small that there is very little place to bathe. And there was no window. All the time you have to switch on the AC. Not so satisfied about the size of the room according to price. But, behaviour of the hotel staff was good.
