such a horrible experience this was for us the hotel management and the details varies a lot. hotel staff were not cooperative as well. even the rooms were not upto the expectations. the drainage was not good and hence the bathroom overflowed. tv not working even after asking the staff multiple times. one single thing good about this stay was the location which we missed on enjoying as we had problems regarding the room. even the swimming pool was dirty.

Terrible experience, the whole property is full of flies, mostly unkempt and unhygienic. The rooms are also not maintained well
The most annoying part is that there is not 24 hour service even for the basic thing like water. After 10 pm there is not room service of anything. They lock the hotel post midnight night, you cant even go to your car if need be. It was crazy! We had to fight our way out to get bottles of water from the reception which is payable in any case. Location is best so the staff and owner. Food is also delicious we have tried chicken kala masala, chicken 65 , tandoori chicken, mutton sukha all dishes were tasty. I like service most. Definitely worst a try.
