Utterly bad experience. The ac didn't cool, the tv didn't catch signal, the set-top box was defective, there wasn't any grooming product present beforehand like lotion, soap, shampoo, and even water. Their wifi wasn't working as well. They provided the grooming products and water only after asking. Asked to fixed ac, fix tv and wifi, they did fix ac and somehow they managed to activate some channels which went out of recharge in the night only after a couple of hours. don't get attracted with palace like exteriors...u will be welcomed by dragon size mosquitoes in the room....room are totally different from what was shown in displays...after number of request from reception manager for mosquitoes repellent, that good man cud not arrange anything till I stayed there...services are too slow...u may have to remind them number of times...don't go through the menu..u will get only limited edition items like aaloo gobhi , daal, rice and roti... complimentary breakfa ...more

I have stayed at dis place before but this time d xperience was much better. The staff here was changed n their behavior was quite good.
