it was a nice place close to the main market but only one thing I have booked 2 rooms I got rooms 1 hour late otherwise all things are very good the staff was very helpful and very cooperative I really like the place

lovely place.. lovely staff. excellent location
I hardly give five star rating to any property but this one actually deserves it.
Mr kuttan is an excellent host. he makes sure that you are comfortable.
only one improvement,please increase the variety of items in breakfast.
also add some fruits

I recently stayed at Bougnvilla ooty for 2 days and had an exceptional experience. The heritage-style ambiance added a unique charm to the stay. The manager's warm welcome, thoughtful arrangements, and courteous demeanor were truly impressive. Breakfast, though limited in variety, was delicious and gave a comforting, home-cooked feel. Overall, a fantastic experience—5/5!

The services and the facilities were great. Cleanliness of the room and the washroom was also perfect. Me and my family had a decent stay in this property.

It's not like that, how it's looks. Worst exp. In my life. Poor servicing, they do not know the courtesy to serve a glass of water in room. Self has to take water.
Worst location.. Rubbing money in food. .
Poor management & waste people....
