its a bit hectic for me
as i booked room is not like by me so i changed me room on spot . but i keep w8 for a long time .. to check in ... so its was a very upset day for me

very bad experience this hotel reception female staff very rudily behave nd outside food order delievery boy is coming reception mam says go back to ground floor nd I m mam says I m check out 30 min late but mam says no 20 min me room checkout kro very different rules this hotel next time I m nt stay this hotel all customers nt book this hotel nd voice very sound because customer very voice .

Pathetic condition of the rooms and hotel. Check-in time is 12 pm and we reached by 4 and room was still not ready. After 20 min they gave the room but the roof was leaking. Whenever someone above us was draining the flush, so much water starts coming from washroom roof. It was all wet and smelly.
