A Wonderful Family Experience at Brooks Resort and Spa! Our stay at Brooks Resort and Spa was truly a magical experience. I visited with my family, and every moment we spent there was unforgettable. Pleasant and peaceful stay. Ambience and maintenance is awesome. Professional staff. Hygienic restaurant. Special thanks to Goibibo and front desk manager Jeeva who helped in date changes. One of the must visit resort.

Rooms are spacious and ideal for families. Restaurant is clean and service staffs are good. Food quantity and pricing are good. However i felt the taste of tribal bamboo biriyani to be same as lucknow biriyani. Maintenance of Jacuzzi is required. House keeping requires improvement. Service staffs are good, however they should be trained to smile and greet customers. This resort is ideal for a relaxing vacation. However the management should put in these efforts to make it better. The room and the view to the woods.

Decent sizes for room, good food but when you order in Ala Carte, buffet is very limited and quality and taste average.

Place is okay, rooms aren't great for the price. The main building is old, our rooms were too close to the reception spoiling our experience, we could hear other customer fighting outside with the reception staff. The reception staff responded quickly most of the time but were not proactive. We took a room with a balcony but there were monkeys outside so we could not open the balcony and use it anyway. we stayed in family villa.. and it is very poorly maintained.. food is good, staff behaviour is very nice.. family villa has to be improved.. i hope other villa in this property must be good..

Wonderful Stay we had at Brook resorts. The ambience is so calm with a lot of greenery,Well maintained and clean rooms. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Good hospitality at the dining.

It was really amazing very clean maintenance and the staff over there are very polite service was excellent food is so delicious but we see snails inside the rooms that's the nly problem but it's a forest kind place so I understand but it could be better if avoided this
