breakfast and food is not up to mark, staff behaviour is very rude at restaurant, location is bit difficult to reach , but afterall vibe worth it all.

One of the best resorts i ever stayed.....early check in was done.....location is good .......food was awesome.....staff behaviour was polite.....good resort for family travellers , couple travellers and group travellers too.....highly recommended for all

we had very good experience at byke brightland resort. food was delicious. staff was well behaved and polite. we enjoy the outdoor activities as well as. swimming pool was clean and maintain , but water was too cold. room were clean and well maintained. atmosphere is top on cherry. warm and lovely environment and peaceful.

check in process was very slow we have alloted room around 1.30 pm despite of check in time is 12 noon they don't have any food option in Alacart menu but they have menu card for that but nothing is available from menu so if u are going u have to take complete food package then only u go they don't have intercom as they provided wifi in all the room so if u want to call reception or restaurant u have to save number n call them via what's up but after calling they don't pickup the phone property is good n location is good but they have to make lots of improvement in staff

Property location is really good, 20-30 walk from main market but easy to explore view points. Property is good but not properly maintained w r t. swimming pool, rooms etc .. Staff might be less to maintain property & Food is average

Hotel reception staff are very helpful. restaurant and room service is not up to the mark you need to wait for at least 30-40 mins for orders. Food quality was good. As per the price of what we pay for a hotel room should provide the hot water kettle for tea and coffee at least.

The food was great and the pool was clean. Peaceful and scenic location. The hotel is comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. The staff was attentive. They even have kids play area.
