The candolim retreat hotel is an un hygiene and worst hotel I have ever been in my life. In bathroom there is continuous leakage, no towels, no soap, too much stinking, bathroom door have big hole, No body bothers about room service. Room lights lamp broken, AC noise too much so we kept it off. Swimming pool area is like a dirty street.

It's totally a fraud.
They send us at different hotel and made check in for this location later we cancelled this booking, they charged cancellation and we lost money around 3000 for just 15 -30 minutes.
Don't book this place.

Pathetic service. there was no lock and key and as per the hotel staff, there is CCTV on the hotel premises so we can keep our valuables in an open room.for cleanness, service, AC, Washroom, and property all ratting is in minus from my side. please remove this type of property

very bad hospitality, they r not at all responding.room s full of dirt & mosquito, smells very bad.they haven't clean the room & washrooms.beds are totally damaged, my baby got injured thrice.ac is not working but they are not responding.pool s very dirty full of insects and dust particles.

Location given on Google map was wrong, hotel is very poor in hygiene, property is very old with no proper maintainance, bathroom are in very bad condition, swimming pool is also always insect and dust on it, bed was very old making so much noice, lights are also not working, in entry they have there kitchen which smells very bad, staff behavior was good and supportive (shubham).

I think they has provided the wrong information and misled us. Even we cannot stay 4 people in a single room and cannot say it is a hotel. The best word is a hostel.
